Risk of Loss in Shipment

We will only ship your purchased items through a trust-worthy carrier, and each carrier will have its own set of policies regarding lost shipment.  And as such, the risk of loss for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

All products purchased from our website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Dochi.com. Title to products purchased on our website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Dochi.com delivers these items to the carrier.

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to dochi.com or to products or services sold or distributed by dochi, llc,  or through dochi.com in which the aggregate total claim for relief sought on behalf of one or more parties exceeds $7,500 shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in Delaware, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Applicable Law and Disputes

This Agreement, your rights and obligations, our rights and obligations, and all actions contemplated by this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of California, without regard to principles of conflicts of law and as if this Agreement were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within the State of California. This Agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Dochi.com or to products you purchase through Dochi.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Ventura, California, United States of America, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Dochi.com's intellectual property rights, Dochi.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of California, United States of America, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this Agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of JAMS/ENDISPUTE Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures in effect at the time of filing of the demand for arbitration. The parties specifically incorporate the terms of California Code of Civil Procedure section 1283.05 with respect to discovery. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Dochi respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied and is accessible on this Site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Dochi.com's Copyright Agent with the following information:
