If within 30 days of receiving your product, you find any structural issues or defects that affect its performance or safety, simply contact our customer service team at Support@dochi.com. We will promptly arrange for a refund of your purchase price or provide a replacement product, whichever you prefer.
Please note that this guarantee covers defects in materials or workmanship related to the structural integrity of the product. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
